Here's how your Umique journey
1. Your Dream Car Specifications:
If our existing collection doesn't match your preferences, please send us the specifications of your dream car via the contact form below. This includes details such as color, features, and any specific elements you want to have. Our colleagues will contact you to help you choose the best and answer any questions you may have. It may take 3-5 working days in Germany.
2. Payment:
Once we have your artwork specifications based on your requests, we can provide you with your umique piece price. Payment will be required to initiate the process. We will discuss with you your preferred payment method
3. Initial Design Version (and Print and Frame options):
After payment, our designers will create an initial/proposal design* based on your specifications/preferences. We will then send it to you for your feedback. Once you are satisfied with the final design, you can confirm your design.
At the same time, we will suggest and discuss various printing and framing options to bring your design to life. These options may include photo canvas, Alubond, high-end glossy acrylic glass, borderless or a variety of frames and sizes.
* Iterative Edits: We value your point of view, and we will work closely with you to refine the design until it matches your expectations. We understand that design is a collaborative process, and we are dedicated to your satisfaction. (Obviously, editing more than 3 times will incur a fee.)
4. Enjoy your Umique!
Our colleagues will accompany you until your package arrives and ensure it arrives safely. If you send us a picture of your Umique on your wall, we will be very thankful. We would also like to hear from you again! We are very pleased that you chose Umique.
